Compare the Liberator Fascinator Fur Sex Blanket and Fascinator Throw on size, materials, and fluid protection so you can pick the right bed protector for intimacy.
Quick answer
Choose the Liberator Fascinator Throw if your priority is keeping fluids off the bed with a hidden moisture barrier. Choose the Liberator Fascinator Fur Sex Blanket if you want a larger, fur-covered surface that feels more like a rug or play mat than a throw.
Size and coverage: queen-sized mat vs 5ft x 6ft throw
The Fascinator Fur Sex Blanket is queen-sized, so it covers more of the bed and gives you room to move around or lie side by side. That extra surface matters if you change positions often or want a dedicated play area that stays put.
The Fascinator Throw measures 5ft x 6ft. It is smaller and easier to fold, store, or toss over a couch, but it offers less margin for error if you are worried about fluids reaching the edges.
Fluid protection: hidden barrier vs fur surface
The Fascinator Throw has a hidden inner moisture barrier designed to stop lubricants, massage oils, and other fluids from seeping through to your bed, couch, or floor. That makes it the more protective option when containment is the main goal.
The Fascinator Fur Sex Blanket is described as mess-free, but the catalog does not list a hidden moisture barrier. If you need a waterproof sex blanket for heavy fluid play, the Throw is the safer bet based on the supplied facts.
Fabric feel and cleanup trade-offs
The Fur Sex Blanket has a silky faux fur side and a plush microfiber side, so you can flip it for a different texture. Faux fur feels soft and looks more like bedroom decor, but it may need more careful washing to keep the pile from matting.
The Throw’s material is described as feeling amazing against the skin, and its barrier construction is the key feature for mess control. It is a washable sex blanket, but the catalog does not specify washing instructions, so check the care label before your first wash.
Key trade-offs
- Coverage vs portability: The queen-sized Fur Sex Blanket covers more area and suits bed play, while the 5ft x 6ft Throw is easier to fold and store. Measure your play space before deciding; a larger blanket is only useful if you have room to spread it out.
- Fluid protection vs fabric feel: The Throw’s hidden moisture barrier prioritizes mess control. The Fur Sex Blanket prioritizes a soft, fur-and-microfiber surface without a listed barrier. If leaks are your main concern, pick the Throw even if you prefer the fur look.
- Care routine: Both are washable sex blankets, but the catalog does not supply specific washing instructions. Faux fur may need gentler handling than the Throw’s fabric. Check the care label first and wash before first use.
